A: You can sign up for deal alerts by visiting our website and entering your email address at the bottom of the page. You will then receive updates on the latest deals from Jones & Sons Property Sourcing Ltd.

Q: I would like to buy one of your deals, what is the process?

A:  At Jones & Sons, we would like to make the process as smooth as possible for our investors.

 

When you have identified a deal that you are interested in,  simply contact us via phone or email. Jones & Sons Property Sourcing Ltd will send you the Terms and Conditions as well as a invoice for the sourcing fee.

Once the T&C’s are signed & payment has been made to Jones & Sons Property Sourcing Ltd .

​

The investment pack will sent to you. The agent/vendor/landlord will be in contact with you, in order to proceed with the deal.

​

You have 14 days to complete all due diligence in readiness for taking on the deal.

 

Q: Am I entitled to a refund? (Sourcing fee only)

A: If you have paid a sourcing fee for a packaged investment deal, that has been provided by our team & you do not wish to proceed.

​

You must request a refund within 14 days of the 'effective date' of the transaction. The refund must be sent in writing to - Jones & Sons Property Sourcing Ltd.

​

If after the 14 days of the transaction, you do not wish to proceed with the deal, you are not entitled to a refund. If after the 14 days the deal unfortunately falls through, you are entitled to a refund.

 

Please note:- This refund policy applies to sourcing fee's only.
